Chaitanya College of Education was established on
13.07.2008 under CHAITANYA - A TRUST FOR SOCIAL
DEVELOPMENT AND HUMAN WELFARE.
The college is situated beside NH-34 with excellent communication
facilities. The campus provides a peaceful, green and
pollution-free academic environment that supports learning,
innovation and professional growth.
The B.Ed Department is recognized by NCTE (ERC) and has been
successfully functioning since the academic session 2009-10.
The institution was initially affiliated with the University of
Kalyani and is presently affiliated with The West Bengal
University of Teachers' Training, Education Planning and
Administration.
Since its inception, the college has maintained a strong academic
reputation and has consistently focused on excellence in teacher
education. Students are encouraged to develop pedagogical skills,
leadership qualities, ethical values and proficiency in ICT.
