Affiliated to University of Kalyani Vide affiliation letter no RPS/Aff.col/67/158/2009 dt. 27.10.2009 and now affiliated to the West Bengal University of Teachers’ Training, Education Planning and Administration (WBUTTEPA).

CHAITANYA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION.

Chaitanya College of Education was established on 13.07.2008. This is a self-finance Institute and it is under the trust CHAITANYA - A TRUST FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND HUMAN WELFARE (ESTD 2008). The college is situating just by the side of N.H.-34 road with good communication facilities. The atmosphere of the college campus is charming, calm and free from noise pollution.

The B-Ed. Department of Chaitanya College of Education is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education, Eastern Regional Committee (hereafter NCTE, ERC) Vide order no. ERC/7-100.6(II).1/2009/1337 dt.31august.2009 and has become operational actively from the academic session 2009- 2010 under the University of Kalyani Vide affiliation letter no RPS/Aff.col/67/158/2009 dt. 27.10.2009 and now affiliated to the West Bengal University of Teachers’ Training, Education Planning and Administration (WBUTTEPA).

Apart from day scholars, students who are willing to reside here may avail hostels. There are separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls. Hostels are out campus but very near to the Institute.
